6.0/10

I had a decent stay at the hotel, but there were a few downsides that stood out. The location was convenient, especially if you need to get to OHSU, but the dining options were very limited, and they don’t serve breakfast, which I really missed. The staff was accommodating, especially when I reported a cleanliness issue in the room. Overall, while there were some positives like the beautiful balcony view and reasonably priced parking, I feel there’s room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with a pretty view, but sadly it wasn’t as clean as I expected. I even encountered a cleanliness issue in the bathroom.
Service
7.0
The service was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff was generally helpful, but I did find the parking to be a hassle as it was 50 feet away. Still, they were accommodating in moving my belongings when I needed help.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was very convenient for visiting OHSU, and I appreciated that parking didn’t cost extra. It was also a pleasant setting along the river, although I noticed it felt a bit less private.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, the dining experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant next door has limited options, and not having breakfast available was a big letdown for me. I found myself hungry at odd hours with no late-night options.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were decent, but I didn't get to enjoy any amenities like a pool due to the limited operating hours of the restaurant and lack of other options.

6.2/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location was fantastic, right on the river with lovely views and a nice walking trail. However, the rooms were slightly outdated and not very clean, especially the bathroom, which really detracted from my overall comfort. The service provided was quick and courteous, but some staff lacked proper identification, which made checking in a bit confusing.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms felt very basic and were definitely in need of some updates. Unfortunately, they were not the cleanest, especially the bathroom, which was quite disappointing.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and responsive, but it would have been better if everyone was wearing identifiable uniforms. Otherwise, the service was quite good.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect, right on the river with easy access to a walking trail and close to OHSU. It's a great spot for anyone visiting the area.
Dining
5.0
The dining options weren’t ideal. There was no breakfast provided, which I felt was a big miss, and the restaurant closed early, leaving me hungry at night since there were no vending machines.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had some nice amenities, but the lack of 24-hour dining options really affected my stay.

5.4/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, right by the river with easy access to the Riverwalk, and I found the rooms quite cozy with decent amenities. However, the service left much to be desired, especially when it came to responsiveness. Additionally, the lack of dining options late at night made things a bit tricky during my stay.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were a good size with all the necessary amenities like a refrigerator and coffee maker. However, they looked nothing like the pictures I saw online, which was a bit disappointing.
Service
5.0
The service was far from ideal. I had issues getting towels, despite calling multiple times, and the reception staff provided inaccurate information regarding room availability.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, right along the river, making it easy to get to downtown or the freeway. It’s a pleasant setting with a nice restaurant next door.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a bit of a challenge as the restaurant closed at 11 PM and there were no vending machines available. I ended up ordering pizza because I was hungry and didn't have a car to go elsewhere.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. I expected more given the overall price of the stay.

However, the dining experience left much to be desired, particularly the lack of breakfast options, which was quite disappointing. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money considering its amenities and atmosphere.

6.4/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from everything I wanted to see in Portland, and the staff was friendly. However, the room felt a bit dark and carried an unpleasant smell of cigarettes, which wasn't ideal. The dining options were limited, especially at night, making it hard to find something to eat. Overall, it's a great place if you value location and friendly service, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room was the perfect size for my needs, complete with a small fireplace and a couch to relax on. However, it was quite dark even with the drapes open, and there was a lingering smell of cigarettes that made it less comfortable.
Service
8.0
The staff was amazing and very nice, really helpful from the moment I arrived. However, there was one instance where they were a bit dismissive about my request for a blanket, which left a sour note.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was unbeatable, just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Portland, making it quiet yet close to everything. I loved the beautiful walking paths nearby.
Dining
5.0
I was disappointed that there was no breakfast service, which is often what I look for in a hotel. The restaurant's hours were limited, and I found myself starving at night without many options available.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had decent facilities, but I felt there could be improvements, especially regarding dining options and maybe a better parking situation.
